M0WLF Getting better.
M3CVN Wot a mess!!! Big, wide, drifting signals wiping
out all QRP stations. Never kept a freq for more than
2 CQ's!! Only heard PSK31 at the end once RTTY had qsyed
off the freq! Roll on CW!!
MM0BQI Need something to make this more interesting,
the novelty is wearing off here in the propagationaly
challenged north!! First half hour running netted 20Qs.
Next half hour S+P dropped to 14. Last half hour was
a waste of time with 6 Qs split between running and
S+P.
MM0DQQ Very good conditions this evening in GM-land.
M0AEU Only able to get on for 35 minutes at the end...
Not bad considering! Roll on next month...
M0CNP VERY HARD GOING WITH FEW SIGNALS AVAILABLE TO
ME. BUT GOOD FUN ANYWAY.
M0RCD FIRST GO AT DATA - TAKES A BIT OF GETTING USED
TO. MUCH MORE RELAXED THAN SSB!

SOAPBOX:
EI3JE Hard to keep frequency so low score but good
fun.
G0JLF Best yet for me despite increased TV timebase
interference from surrounding houses.
G0MTN Despite "gloom and doom" predictions,
I didn't suffer from too much QRM this month. Held RTTY
frequency for about an hour, then S+P through the band
a few times, and then 10 minutes on PSK at the end for
4 new QSOs. Had to work hard to exchange numbers with
a few folk - but that's contesting!
G0VJG DID A BIT BETTER THIS TIME ROUND
G3HRH Busy. Some stations seemd to be just above 3600.
Lost 30 minutes due to RIT by mistake. Please send serials
as three digits- NOT 599 NR3 - MMTTY logging doesn't
know how to handle that. Must do better next time
G3KKQ Conditions good and plenty activity. Took a while
to get started. Not used mode for a while. Only 1 station
couldn't hear me
G3LDI A number of stations off frequency, some by as
msuch as 100Hz and that is a lot in a RTTY contest.
Unnecessary RYRYRYRY etc. Macros need sorting!
G3LHJ Lots of Fun battling through the wall of QRM
!!! from down here in the West Country.
G3RSD It's taken a long time but at last I am getting
the hang of this mode
G3TKF Reasonable conditions tonight
G3VIP GOOD CONDITIONS - BEST EFFORT YET ON DATA
G3VQO Band sounded good, activity was there, but for
some unknown reason it was really hard work this evening.
Noticed that PSK31 stations were dotted about, rather
than grouped at LF end - that made me less likely to
work them as I tended to tune past when in RTTY mode,
rather than change to PSK each time to check to see
if it was a new one. If they are all together it is
so much easier.
G3WZT Accidentally pulled out an audio plug near the
contest start so appologies to those answering my CQ
calls and not getting a reply. Should have been more
alert! Not too bad in the end.
G3ZBU Started off with two inverted 'V's, don't know
final antenna! Unfortunately SWR went to 3:1 after 10
minutes of operating!
G4BUO The more I do RTTY the less I like it. My personal
view is that it should not be included in the 80m CC
contests at all.
G4EBK Sorted at last... works now. Best ever Data entry.
G4FKA First ever data contest. Still a lot to learn
about tactics! Need to rethink the macros!
G4OIG Someone strapped a 50dB pad across my feeder
around 2100 hrs to more or less terminate my activity
G4SLE Tks to all for contacts
G6FOP Good fun - HELPS IF YOU SET THE FILTERS CORRECTLY
G8MKO FREQUENCY USED FOR PSK "SQUEEZED" BY
STRONG RTTY SIGNALS. BAND CONDITIONS DETERIORATED DURING
PERIOD 20.45 TO 21.15 UTC
GW0ETF Seemed a little more PSK activity this time.
M0MDF Not bad - Better than last time !
