2nd 50MHz Backpackers Contest of 2006



Only seven contestants entered the 2nd 50MHz Backpackers Contest of 2006 even though band conditions were excellent once again.

The winners of the 10W multi-operator section were the Malvern Hills B team, GW4IDF/P.

The10W Single Operator section was won by Dave Hewitt, GW8ZRE/P with Ashley Edwards, M0BAO/P in second place.

Ron Price, GW4EVX/P, won the 3W Single Operator section. Clive Warren, MW0VCF/P was the runner-up.
